These rumours are totally unfounded and NOT true as Comrade Dan is still our Representative and available to be of service to members. Please note that all disputes to be declared by UTATU SARWHU Head Office. All requests for disputes must be submitted to Mr Neels Haasbroek as per the attached request form. Dismissal disputes need to be finalized within 30 days, please ensure that Mr Haasbroek receives the request within 7 days to be in time. If not, condonation will have to be applied for which is a very costly process.

Bombela: Wage Negotiations 2012/2013
Negotiations regarding the above re-convened on Wednesday, 27 June 2012 at Midrand. Management, once again was adamant to maintain its offer of 6.4%, therefore no agreement could be reached between the parties. Both parties agreed that they have reached a deadlock on the wage negotiations.
