Declaring Of All Disputes: Unfair Dismissals And Unfair Labour Practices

Please note that all disputes to be declared by UTATU SARWHU Head Office.

All requests for disputes must be submitted to Mr Neels Haasbroek as per the attached request form.

Dismissal disputes need to be finalized within 30 days, please ensure that Mr Haasbroek receives the request within 7 days to be in time. If not, condonation will have to be applied for which is a very costly process.
