The Ugu municipality blames infrastructure and sabotage to the pipes for lack of service delivery. To ensure that visitors of UNTU Palms do not suffer any inconvenience in future, the resort drilled a borehole to be able to maintain water supply in case of a disruption from the municipality.
UNTU Palms also reached out to the Ugu South Coast Tourism (USCT) to ensure that the resort play its part in encourage visitors to #GoSouthKZN.
