A touch of Gordon’s Bay
This sensational Provénce style villa is located on a mountain nature reserve, overlooking Gordon’s Bay Village and False Bay. The perfect setting offering unbelievable panoramic views. Maximum accommodation for 16 guests (12 adults and 4 children).
Situated in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood, Gordon’s Bay is an attractive village with two harbours, cosy restaurants and friendly pubs, a blue flag beach (Bikini beach) and only a short drive to some of the oldest and most famous wine estates in the Western Cape.
Downstairs
• Large fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast nook, seating 6.
• Scullery with dishwasher, 4kg front loader washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Living room has a built-in fireplace and large folding back glass doors opening out onto the terrace.
• The dining room seats 10 with a built-in fireplace.

• Covered split level terrace (large braai), looking onto the swimming pool and overlooking False Bay, and Helderberg mountain range.
• Secure parking for up to 6 cars.
Upstairs
• Large family room for children with various board games, books and jig-saw puzzles. The balcony overlooks the pool area and Bay.
• Four bedrooms with double beds. (Two bedrooms have additional 2 sets of bunkbeds). All with ensuite bathrooms (Victorian bath and shower).
Each bedroom has a balcony looking out onto breath taking views of the mountain range and ocean. General standard rate is R600 per person per night. Christmas/New Year R700 per person per night.
Special Rates for UNTU members only Summer: October to April – R500 per person per night. (Not including Christmas/New Year) Winter: May to September – R450 per person per night.
