The Federation of Unions of South Africa (FEDUSA) yesterday commented on the Employment Tax Incentive Bill. The Federation is concerned over various issues, including deadweight loss, displacement and substitution. Regarding process, FEDUSA raises serious concerns as the Bill was not formally tabled for engagement.
