Members of the United National Transport Union (UNTU) working for Transnet are herewith advised that the Union will consolidate the mandates given to your Branches by you, on Friday after 12:00.
UNTU Branches has until Friday 12:00 to submit the mandate of their members.
The consolidated mandate of our members will be presented to management when wage negotiations resume at the Transnet Bargaining Council (TBC) on Monday, 19 March 2018.
If your Branch neglected to obtain your mandate, please inform the Union by sending an e-mail to enquiries@untu.co.za
Please be advised that in all instances thus far, where members have complained that they were not afforded the opportunity to submit their mandates, general meetings were held in which these individuals did not attend.
