Please refer to the attached (prasa-54-a) letter received from the Director General: Labour.

The company PRASA, approached the Department of Labour for determination which was granted.

This process was never negotiated with UNTU.

Also, please take cognisance that the period for which determination is granted is from 3 March 2016 for a period of three (3) years.
