With reference to our CL dated 2020-09-16 Ref: CL.WAGE.NEG.P.013.6/NH/mh the following:-
Labour received a revised Wage Offer from Prasa Management late last night at 21h59 (see attached). There is only one change applicable in the revised Wage Offer as to the previous offer being: -.
YEAR 3: 2022/23:
The 4.8% was increased to a 5% Increase, on the basic pensionable salary on TGP (including 13th cheque, overtime, fringe benefits and allowances) of permanent and fixed term contract Bargaining unit employees at PRASA, across the board.
PRASA will not retrench bargaining unit employees for the duration of the 3-year wage agreement.
That will give a 3-year offer of 5% TGP increase for every year,
Back pay rom April 2020 will remain.
This is a step in the right direction from Management as it betters the Wage Offer.
