Hyundai and Ford benefit to #UNTU members

The vehicle dealerships, Hyundai Wonderboom and Lazarus Ford Centurion, remain committed to providing discounts to members of the United National Transport Union (UNTU) when they purchase new vehicles from them.

Hyundai Wonderboom and Lazarus Ford Centurion give UNTU members between R5 000 and R50 000 discounts on new vehicles purchased, depending on the vehicle.

Certain models, especially newly launched models, might be excluded from the UNTU Benefit if so directed by the management of the company.

These two dealerships cannot sell the vehicles to UNTU members at a loss hence they cannot always beat the specials that other dealerships might run.

To utilize the discount, UNTU members need to work through New Vehicle Sales Executive, Ilse Botha at Hyundai Wonderboom or Herman Roodt, Sales Executive at Lazarus Ford Centurion and email either of them a copy of your UNTU membership card.

For Hyundai, Mrs. Botha can be contacted on salespta3@hyundai.co.za 082 372 7928, 012 543 0649 or Fax: 0862 149 348.

For Ford, Mr. Roodt can be contacted on 012 678 0000, 082 625 4215 or e-mail: herman@laz.co.za

UNTU TIGER WHEEL & TYRE AND TYRES & MORE BENEFIT

The United National Transport Union (UNTU) is proud to announce that the Union is reintroducing the benefit we had with TiAuto Investments, the owner and/or franchise manager of Tiger Wheel & Tyre and Tyres & More.

TiAuto Investments offers UNTU members a further 2,5% discount on all national or regional specials in their stores – this means you will get the special and an additional 2,5% discount on your invoice total. Please bear in mind that this discount is applicable to national and regional specials and does not cater to a specific brand or customized items that the client may require.

In addition to the 2,5% overall discount on your invoice, UNTU members will receive a 20% discount on all service-related products like wheel balancing and wheel alignment.

Stuart Gray, National Key Accounts Manager at TiAuto Investments, is overseeing the UNTU account. According to him, there will no longer be a situation where the Tiger Wheel & Tyre or the Tyres & Mores store visited is not aware of the discount UNTU members enjoy. The Union’s name is loaded onto the nationwide computer system so all employees can verify easily.

UNTU members must indicate that they are members of the Union and have their membership cards present. If they don’t have a membership card, their membership can be verified with UNTU’s membership office on (011) 728 0121/2 between 08:00 to 16:00.
